Dr. Timothy Gallaudet

Retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral and former Acting NOAA Administrator with a Ph.D. in Oceanography from Scripps Institution of Oceanography. One of the most scientifically credentialed figures in the modern UAP disclosure movement. Stated publicly that 'we are in contact with non-human intelligence,' testified before the House Oversight Committee in November 2024, and appeared in two Ross Coulthart NewsNation specials focused on Unidentified Submersible Objects (USOs). His combination of Naval oceanography expertise and senior government access makes him the field's foremost authority on the oceanic UAP domain.
