A 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by philosopher Michael Cifone (CUNY) to establish UAP Studies as a recognized academic discipline. Publishes Limina: The Journal of UAP Studies, the first peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated exclusively to UAP research. Organizes interdisciplinary working groups spanning physics, philosophy, psychology, and policy. Distinct from case-investigation organizations - SUAPS focuses on discipline-building: developing shared methodological standards, peer-review infrastructure, and academic legitimacy for UAP research.
