A volunteer organization of scientists, engineers, and academics who apply rigorous scientific methodology to the analysis of UAP reports. Best known for the 270-page forensic analysis of the 2004 Nimitz incident and the peer-reviewed Entropy paper on Tic Tac flight characteristics by Kevin Knuth. Publishes technical reports and hosts an annual conference.
