Abstract
1-aza bicyclo [2.2.2.]oct-2-ene alcohols are used to form glycolic esters, useful as anticholinergic drugs, which have the formula ##STR1## wherein R1 is selected from the class consisting of phenyl and cyclopentyl; R2 represents a hydrocarbon radical of 3 to 6 carbon atoms; Z is selected from the class consisting of --CH2 --, --CH2 CH2 -- and --CH2 CH═ and R3 represents an azacyclic ring.
