Summary

Retired U.S. Navy Vice Admiral who served as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency from 1999 to 2002. Wilson is the central figure in the Wilson-Davis Memo - a leaked 15-page document describing an alleged April 2002 meeting between Wilson and physicist Eric Davis in which Wilson reportedly confirmed the existence of a private aerospace contractor conducting reverse-engineering of non-human technology under a deeply classified Special Access Program, and that Wilson himself had been denied access to that program despite his seniority. The memo surfaced publicly in 2019 via the estate of Edgar Mitchell. Wilson has neither confirmed nor denied the memo and has not pursued legal action against any party who has published or analyzed it.
