Summary

Emergency physician turned full-time UAP disclosure advocate who founded CSETI in 1990 and The Disclosure Project in 1993. Organized the landmark May 9, 2001 National Press Club briefing at which over 20 former military, government, and intelligence witnesses testified on camera about UAP encounters and government cover-ups. Greer is one of the most prominent figures in the disclosure movement but also one of the most polarizing, praised for aggregating witness testimony and criticized for CE-5 contact claims, fundraising practices, and alleged misrepresentation of witnesses. Has produced multiple documentary films including 'Sirius' (2013) and 'Unacknowledged' (2017).
