Former DoD and State Department national security professional who submitted an 11-page report to the U.S. House Oversight Committee in November 2024 describing IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION, an alleged Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) established post-2017 to collect imagery intelligence on UAP and anomalous reproduction vehicles under National Security Council authority, hidden from Congressional oversight. Brown went public on April 29, 2025 via the WEAPONIZED podcast, becoming one of the most significant UAP whistleblowers of the modern disclosure era.
