Summary
Former NASA contractor (Philco Ford) who worked in the photo laboratory at Johnson Space Center's Building 8 during the 1970s with a Secret clearance. She testified at the 2001 Disclosure Project that she witnessed a NASA photo technician in Building 8 manually airbrush a disc-shaped object from a lunar photograph before it was printed for public distribution. She also reported hearing from Johnson Space Center personnel that astronauts who wanted to speak publicly about UAP encounters had been threatened. Her account is one of the most specific claims of systematic NASA photo suppression in the public record.
