Summary

Twelve-year U.S. Air Force veteran and NSA-assigned electronic intelligence (ELINT) specialist who published 'Above Black: Project Preserve Destiny' in 1997 claiming he was secretly recruited for an NSA program that trained him to telepathically communicate with extraterrestrial entities. He claims to have received more than 75 messages from two ET contacts over approximately 10 months, including coordinates and pain metrics from human abductees, before requesting discharge in April 1997. His military background is verifiable and internally consistent; the PPD claims have no independent corroborating witnesses after nearly three decades.
