Summary
US Army Sergeant First Class (retired 1990) who claimed covert assignment to UAP crash retrieval teams operating under two real Air Force programs - Project Moon Dust and Operation Blue Fly. In 1989-1992 he led the FOIA campaign that forced the US Air Force to admit those programs existed after initially denying them. He testified at Steven Greer's 2001 Disclosure Project press conference, claiming the US government had catalogued 57 distinct non-human species. He lived in Roswell, New Mexico until his death in February 2021.
