Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and Deputy Base Commander at RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge who was the senior military officer witness to the Rendlesham Forest incident in December 1980 - widely regarded as the most well-documented military UAP encounter in history. He authored the official 'Halt Memo' to the UK Ministry of Defence and made a real-time audio recording of his unit's live encounter with anomalous lights on December 28, 1980. Halt has since stated publicly and under sworn affidavit that what he witnessed was non-human technology and that both the U.S. and UK governments covered up the incident.
