Background
Physicist and self-described S-4 contractor who publicly disclosed in 1989 that he had worked at a classified facility near Papoose Lake, Nevada, reverse-engineering extraterrestrial propulsion systems. His claims - including the existence of nine alien craft, a gravity wave propulsion system, and a stable isotope of element 115 as fuel - preceded the official synthesis of moscovium (element 115) by 14 years. First came forward anonymously in May 1989 under the name 'Dennis' on KLAS-TV Las Vegas with reporter George Knapp, before being publicly identified in November 1989.
