Summary
Full-motion sensor video released by the Department of War documenting a formation of UAPs over the Persian Gulf in January 2019. At 17:36 duration — more than three times the length of any other video in PURSUE Release 2 — PR098 is by far the longest video in the batch. VIRIN 191002-D-D0360-8259 indicates digitization in October 2019. The video shows progressive zoom tracking across approximately 17.5 minutes as multiple contrast areas are tracked in formation. The DVIDSHUB title itself uses the term 'UFOs' — rare in AARO materials — in the form of a rhetorical question: 'UFOs in formation over Persian Gulf?'
Significance
Longest video in PURSUE Release 2 at 17:36 — more than three times longer than typical 4:xx entries. The extended duration provides the most comprehensive formation tracking record in the corpus. The DVIDSHUB title's use of 'UFOs' in question form is itself a data point about AARO's titling conventions. The January 2019 date and Persian Gulf location add to the documented pattern of formation UAP behavior in CENTCOM maritime operations (alongside PR050, PR093/095).
