Summary

Full-motion sensor video released by the Department of War documenting multiple spherical UAPs exhibiting transmedium behavior — entering and exiting the water — in proximity to a U.S. submarine on March 25, 2022. The 4:50-duration video is the highest-priority record in PURSUE Release 2: it is the first officially released U.S. government video footage of transmedium UAP behavior, and the submarine proximity adds direct strategic significance. The objects were filmed entering and exiting the water, providing sensor documentation of the air-water transition that has been described in classified testimony but never previously confirmed in a public government release. The video was uploaded to classified networks in May 2024.

Significance

The most significant video record in PURSUE Release 2. Transmedium capability — the ability to operate in both air and water environments — is one of the five anomalous observables defined in the Elizondo-era AATIP framework. Prior to this release, transmedium UAP behavior was documented only through witness testimony and classified reporting; PR067 is the first public official video confirmation. The submarine proximity creates a direct national security implication: UAPs demonstrating transmedium capability were operating in close proximity to a U.S. strategic submarine asset.
